Florida Division of Emergency Management Training

In July 2024, on behalf of the Florida Division of Emergency Management, along with industry experts Perses Consulting and Elevated Training, Training Outreach assisted with a 3-day All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) functional exercise with multiple IMTs from across the state. The exercise focused on bringing together multiple Type 3 IMTs to form a single Type 2 IMT in response to a large-scale incident.
