In May 2016, Training Outreach and First Data were awarded a contract to perform a high-level review of 7 agencies under the purview of the MD Department of Transportation (DOT) to include Organizational, Functional and Technical assessment of current standards, procedures and processes.  Findings and recommendations will be documented and presented in an “Executive Workshop” as a guide to moving MD DOT towards their modernization goals.
