Training Outreach Wins Contract to Assist County with Alerting Services
In June 2023, Training Outreach was awarded a contract to support Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) with its land mobile radio and fire station alerting programming and support services. The work will be led by TO’s Senior Consultant Dallas Lipp.
Training Outreach to Assist Nebraska Preparedness Partnership in Lincoln, NE
Laura Johnson of Training Outreach was hired to assist with the 2-day Midwest Resilience & Emergency Preparedness Conference taking place in September 2022 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Ms. Johnson will liaise with the venue, local CVB, conference speakers, and other vendors as well as manage onsite details to ensure a successful 2-day conference for her client.
5G LLC Hires Training Outreach to Plan Large Event in Seattle
Laura Johnson of Training Outreach will serve as the lead meeting planner for 5G LLC’s Roundtable event to be held in March 2023 at Microsoft’s Conference Center in Redmond, Washington. Hundreds of CEOs, C-Suite leaders, and industry experts from real estate, telecommunications, security, and emerging technology fields will meet to share insights on the latest industry developments and develop partnerships through interactive learning sessions. Ms. Johnson will plan all logistics, ancillary events, registration services, and onsite management.
Training Outreach Assists at INROADS Benefit Gala
In May 2022, Laura Johnson of Training Outreach served as the onsite meeting planner for the INROADS Benefit Gala, a hybrid event. Ms. Johnson assisted INROADS with the event planning process, and with the in-person aspects at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to include vendor management, décor, speaker and volunteer management, as well as the virtual portion and all aspects of the run-of-show.
Training Outreach Manages Their First in-person Event Since the Pandemic
In October 2021, Laura Johnson of Training Outreach served as the onsite meeting planner for the 13th Annual Border Patrol Foundation Recognition Dinner, hosting 365 in-person guests for her client, Border Patrol Foundation. Ms. Johnson assisted the Foundation throughout the planning process including hotel negotiation and contracting, seating plans and charts, sponsor fulfillment, silent auction, management of venue, meals, and décor, and volunteer management.
Training Outreach Supports Maryland Department of Health with COVID Report
Training Outreach has teamed with GP Strategies to develop a report outlining the State of Maryland’s COVID response. The companies will support the Maryland Department of Health with designing questionnaires, Interviewing Health Departments, Healthcare Facilities, State Agencies, etc,, and develop an after-action report outlining the State’s response to the pandemic.
